• Financial Information: Wallet transaction history, deposit logs, withdrawal account details (UPI ID / Bank details), and payment proof screenshots.
• Verification & KYC: For large withdrawal requests, identification documents may be requested to verify identity and comply with applicable tax (TDS) regulations.
• Technical Data: IP address, device model, and app session logs to prevent cheating and multi-account creation.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly to operate and secure our tournament ecosystem:

• Manage tournament slot bookings, custom room assignments, and leaderboard scoring.
• Process wallet deposits and disburse cash prize withdrawals accurately via UPI or Bank Transfer.
• Enforce anti-cheat guidelines, prevent multi-account abuse, and block access from restricted geographic states.
• Send essential match notifications, Room ID & Password details, and security alerts.
• Resolve player complaints, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide customer support.

Your account credentials and application data are powered by Supabase Database (PostgreSQL) with encrypted JWT authentication.

We enforce strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies. This technical architecture ensures your private details (such as wallet balances and payment proofs) remain completely confidential and accessible only to you and authorized platform systems.

4. Information Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with trusted operational partners strictly for service delivery:

• Payment Gateways: Encrypted payment infrastructure for processing deposits and payouts.
