1. Information We Collect
When you register, deposit, or join tournaments on Flame Esports, we collect the following types of information:
- Profile Information: Display Name, Username, Email ID, Phone Number, and Profile Avatar.
- Game Metadata: In-Game Name (IGN) and Character ID (e.g. BGMI Character ID) to verify participation in tournaments.
- Financial Information: Wallet transaction history, deposit logs, withdrawal account details (such as UPI ID or Bank account details), and payment screenshots uploaded by you.
- Verification Info (KYC): If you request large withdrawals, we may request official identification documents (PAN Card / Aadhaar Card) to calculate TDS and verify your identity/age.
2. How We Use Your Data
We process your information to provide a smooth, secure, and competitive gaming experience:
- To manage tournament registrations, custom room assignments, and leaderboard updates.
- To verify cash deposits and handle withdrawal payouts accurately.
- To prevent fraud, multiple accounts creation, cheating, and access from restricted states.
- To send critical alerts such as lobby credentials, match updates, and security notifications.
3. Data Storage & Database Security
Your account data is managed via **Supabase Database (PostgreSQL)**. All user logins, auth credentials, and passwords are encrypted and secured using **Supabase Auth / JWT** (JSON Web Tokens).
We enforce **Row Level Security (RLS)** rules in our database. This guarantees that your private details (like wallet balances, payment records, and account keys) are only accessible to you and our system administrators. No third party or other player can view or edit your transactional logs.
4. Third-Party Integrations
We use trusted third-party cloud tools to power parts of our application:
- Supabase Cloud Services: For storing database rows, auth profiles, and media storage (like game result screenshots).
- Firebase / FCM: For delivering real-time push notifications and custom room notifications to your device.
- Payment Gateways (Test Mode): For processing deposits. The payment details (UPI logs, transaction status) are handled over secure encrypted connections.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
We use local browser storage (Cookies, SessionStorage, and LocalStorage) to keep you logged in to your account and to store temporary user preferences (like your color theme preferences or current tab options). These files do not track your browsing activity across other websites.
6. Account Deletion Rights
You have the right to delete your account at any time. Upon receiving an account deletion request, we will delete your profile data, profile picture, and in-game names. Please note that transactional records and past tournament matches histories will be archived for compliance, auditing, and financial records.
