Real Money Gaming (RMG) is subject to strict age limitations and geographic restrictions. By accessing this platform:
- You must be strictly 18 years of age or older to register and deposit.
- Users from restricted states (Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland, Sikkim) are prohibited from participating in paid tournaments.
- Accounts created with false details will be permanently banned with balance forfeited.

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 requiring publication of terms of use for access or usage of domain flameesports.com and related mobile applications.
2. Platform Ownership
The Platform is owned and operated by Flame Esports, with its registered office in India ('Platform Owner', 'we', 'us', 'our').
3. Acceptance of Terms
Your use of the Platform, services, and tools is governed by these Terms of Use including applicable policies incorporated by reference. By using the Platform, you agree to all terms and conditions herein.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Periodic review of these Terms is recommended.
4. User Obligations
- To access services, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration.
- Use of our Services is solely at your own risk and discretion.
- Contents of the Platform are proprietary; you acquire no intellectual property rights or title.
- Unauthorized use of the Platform may lead to legal claims or account termination.
- You agree not to use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Indian or local laws.
5. Registration & Account Security
To join tournaments, you must create an account providing real name, active email, mobile number, and verified in-game IDs (BGMI Character ID, Free Fire ID, etc.).
Sharing account credentials or playing multiple profiles in the same tournament is strictly forbidden and results in an immediate permanent ban.
6. Wallet, Coins & Transactions
The platform operates via virtual currency ("Coins"):
- Exchange Rate: 1 Coin = ₹1 INR.
- Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amount is ₹20 via supported UPI methods.
- Non-Transferable: Wallet coins cannot be transferred or gifted to other player accounts.
- Verification: High-value transactions may undergo risk checks prior to withdrawal processing.
7. Tournament Rules & Fair Play
Flame Esports maintains a zero-tolerance policy against cheating, hacking, scripting, teaming, or emulator modifications.
- Character ID Verification: Registered character ID must match in-game lobby ID exactly.
- Proof Submission: Placement and kill counts require valid screenshot proof upload when requested.
- Admin Decisions: Tournament organizer and admin decisions regarding rulings and payouts are final.
8. Disclaimers & Game Ownership
Flame Esports is an independent tournament hosting platform. We are not affiliated, endorsed, or authorized by Krafton Inc. (BGMI), Garena Online (Free Fire), Riot Games (Valorant), or any game publisher. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
9. Limitation of Liability
Flame Esports is not responsible for losses due to in-game server glitches, developer updates, internet disconnects, or force majeure events affecting live matches.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal disputes.
