Please read these terms carefully before participating in any esports tournaments on Flame Esports.

CRITICAL LEGAL DISCLOSURE

Real Money Gaming (RMG) is subject to strict age limitations and geographic restrictions. By accessing this platform:

  • You must be strictly 18 years of age or older to register and deposit.
  • Users from the states of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland, and Sikkim are strictly prohibited from participating in paid tournaments or depositing money.
  • Any accounts created from these restricted states using false information will be permanently banned, and their wallet balances will be forfeited.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Flame Esports platform, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not authorized to use the platform.

2. Registration & Account Security

To join tournaments, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details, including your real name, email ID, active mobile number, and accurate in-game identifiers (Character ID, IGN).

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing your account with other players or playing from multiple profiles in the same tournament is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban.

3. Wallet, Deposits & Coins

The platform operates with a virtual currency called "Coins".

  • Exchange Rate: 1 Coin is equivalent to ₹1 INR.
  • Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₹20. Deposits can be made via UPI or other accepted channels.
  • Non-Transferable: Coins in your wallet are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged with other players.
  • Verification: To prevent fraud, deposit transactions may undergo manual verification if flagged by our risk assessment algorithms.

4. Tournament Rules & Fair Play

Flame Esports operates with a zero-tolerance policy towards cheating, teaming, scripting, hacking, or using third-party emulator scripts unless explicitly permitted.

  • Character ID Match: The Character ID you register on Flame Esports must match the Character ID playing in the game lobby. If they do not match, you will be kicked from the custom room with no refund.
  • Reporting & Proofs: After every match, players/team captains are required to take screenshots of the final standings, scores, or placement tables and submit them. Failing to upload proof when requested may lead to disqualification.
  • Admin Decisions: The final decision regarding placement, points calculation, and payout distribution rests entirely with the tournament administrators and is final and binding.

5. Disclaimers regarding Game Developers

Flame Esports is an independent, community-driven esports tournament hosting platform. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Krafton Inc. (BGMI), Garena Online Private Limited (Free Fire), Riot Games (Valorant), or any of their subsidiaries.

All game titles, trademarks, brand names, and logos are the sole property of their respective copyright owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

Flame Esports will not be responsible for any losses caused by server downtime, internet disconnects, in-game server glitches, or game developer updates that affect active tournaments. We do not guarantee that the custom rooms will always operate without delays or connection drops.

7. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
